I needed to get into a house quickly, and Greg was instrumental in making it happen. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. He was patient, informative, and very responsive to any questions I had. He kept me in the loop and let me know what I could expect at each stage. He was proactive and took time to learn about me, my likes and dislikes, and worked tirelessly to get me into a home. We highly recommend Greg Lawler to any prospective buyer or seller without reservation. He did an excellent job for us; he was thorough, reliable, and quick to answer queries and address concerns and was very accommodating when scheduling viewings. We really put him through the ringer, we had very strict requirements and were somewhat unwavering on these requirements which meant that we saw a LOT of houses (it took about a year) and all the time Greg was always pleasant and never made us feel that we were wasting his time. Because of this we were able to get exactly what we wanted in a “short sale” home. A lot of realtors will try to steer their clients away from short sales because they are very time consuming and the realtors don’t make as much of a commission…not Greg he was very willing to help us because his priority was to get us exactly what we wanted and that he did.
